Delete your Wellsaid account
You can delete your Wellsaid account and its data at any time. Deletion is permanent and can’t be undone.
In the app (fastest)
- Open Wellsaid and go to the Profile tab.
- Tap Delete account, then confirm.
Your account is deleted straight away.
Without the app
Send us a request with the form below, or email support@getwellsaid.com from any address with the phone number on your account. We may ask you to confirm the request from that number. We delete the account within 7 working days and email you when it’s done.
What is deleted
- Your phone number, name and account.
- Your subscription, payment history and invoices.
- The free tries and usage counts linked to your account.
Your settings, dictionary and history are stored only on your phone. Deleting from the app clears them; if you request deletion here, uninstall the app to remove them.
What is kept
- UPI AutoPay mandate: deleting your account stops our renewals, but the mandate stays listed in your UPI app until you cancel it there.
- Payment records at Juspay and your bank: they keep their own records of past transactions, as the law requires.
- Analytics data already sent to Mixpanel, Meta, Linkrunner and Firebase, which can include your phone number, until their retention period ends. Email us if you want it removed sooner.
