Refunds & Cancellation

Effective 1 November 2026

Wellsaid Premium is a monthly subscription paid through UPI AutoPay. The trial price, the monthly price and the AutoPay terms are shown in the app before you approve a payment.

1. Trial and renewals

  • New users pay ₹1 for one day of Premium and approve a UPI AutoPay mandate at the same time.
  • About two hours before the trial ends, the first ₹299 renewal is debited. Then it renews monthly.
  • If a renewal fails we retry it, sometimes for a lower amount, and keep Premium on for up to two days while a debit is pending.

2. How to cancel

  1. Open the UPI app you used to pay (Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, BHIM or your bank’s app).
  2. Find AutoPay or Mandates, and open the Wellsaid mandate.
  3. Choose Cancel, Revoke or Pause.

No more renewals are taken after that. If you cancel during the trial, Premium ends straight away. If you cancel after a paid renewal, Premium stays on until the end of the month you paid for. Deleting the app or your Wellsaid account does not cancel the mandate at your bank, so please cancel it in your UPI app.

3. Refunds

Payments are non-refundable once the period they pay for has started, and we don’t give partial refunds for a month you cancel part-way through. We do refund, in full, when:

  • You were charged twice for the same period;
  • You were charged after cancelling the mandate; or
  • A confirmed problem on our side stopped you using the Premium you paid for.

Email support@getwellsaid.com with your phone number and the transaction ID from your UPI app. Approved refunds go back to the original UPI account, usually within 7–14 working days depending on your bank. Never send us your UPI PIN or an OTP.
